Unity's Substance Use and Recovery program offers Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) with Buprenorphine, counseling, support groups, individual counseling, case management and a network of peer support for overcoming opioid addiction.
Opioid Recovery Program
Unity’s Opioid Recovery Program helps people who are dependent on heroin or painkillers safely break free from addiction. Our providers can prescribe medication and other treatment options that prevent painful withdrawal symptoms and reduce the urge to use. Group support, individual counseling, and case management are also offered through this Program.
