Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine

I am a Nigerian native, raised in Newark, NJ. I completed my undergraduate degree at Rutgers University-New Brunswick and then moved to Philadelphia, where I completed my medical education. I am very happy to be starting my training as a Family Medicine Physician with the Wright Center and Unity Health Care here in Washington, DC. I am most drawn to the patient population, opportunities for advocacy, and how we can utilize the resources in our community to help provide quality care.

My current interests within the scope of Family Medicine include women’s health, obstetrics, breastfeeding medicine, OMT, and in-office procedures. I am thrilled to now call DC home, and I look forward to exploring and discovering all that the vibrant city has to offer. When I’m not in the clinic setting, I enjoy cooking/baking, brunching, trying new foods (yes, I love food !), skincare, natural hair care, reading, and outdoor activities. Looking forward to continued learning and service.

Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine

I am from a suburb of Phoenix called Queen Creek and completed medical school at Nova Southeastern University in Clearwater, Florida. I come from a large family and desire to practice medicine to treat other families! During medical school, I completed my clinical rotations in an area with wide income disparities which motivated me to seek and serve low-income and underserved communities. I was thrilled to match into this program that does this for the residents of our nation’s capital!

I like to explore the DC, Virginia, and Maryland metropolitan areas in my free time on my inline skates. There is so much to do and see, making it a wonderful place to study and practice medicine.

Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine - Auburn Campus

I was born in Oakland, CA but raised in Baton Rouge, LA. I completed my undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences at the University of New Orleans and my medical degree from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Auburn, AL. I enjoy playing basketball, chess, Call of Duty Warzone, and visiting museums in my spare time.

I chose Washington DC, to complete my residency training because of the unique patient population. I look forward to speaking French and Arabic with patients and helping bridge the gap in healthcare among different cultures.

One of my many passions is cooking. I enjoy traveling and learning about different delicacies around the world.  I take pride in making authentic Cameroon and Jamaican food. I believe I have a chance in Hell's Kitchen. Gordon Ramsay if you're reading this contact me ASAP.

West Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine

Having grown up outside of Richmond Virginia and attending undergraduate and medical school in the mountains of Virginia and West Virginia, I love spending my time outdoors. Outside of work I also enjoy spending time with my friends and family as well as my dog bandit. Before going to medical school I worked in the emergency room and on an ambulance as an EMT.

During this time I saw firsthand how important preventative medicine and patient education are in helping people stay healthy. In addition to practicing outpatient family medicine, I also hope to work in public health and health policy. I am beyond excited to join the Unity Health Care team in its mission to serve the people of D.C.!

Touro University Nevada College of Osteopathic Medicine

I was born and raised in the greater Philadelphia area, including an undergrad at Temple University! Breaking out of my quarter-life crisis included going to medical school at Touro University Nevada in Las Vegas. While I loved the west coast and the bone-dry deserts, I realized how much I missed home back here in the Northeast.

Great to see water again too! I'm enjoying getting to know the sights, history, and most importantly, the many people who make DC so wonderful. I enjoy running, hiking, video games, Korean dramas, killing plants (but not people!), traveling, and road trips. I'm always up for a trip to a new place! One of my life goals is to be able to visit every national park in the US.

I am honored to have the privilege to develop professionally and personally while working with some of the most vulnerable populations in DC with Unity Health Care and The Wright Center. I am excited to be able to grow alongside many of my patients in the midst of their own life journeys. I hope to be able to learn each and every of my patient's life stories and to be there for them in the good and bad times.
